In Budapest, Hungary, an astonishing story has emerged: in 1983, a girl named Maria Havagi was born weighing only 350 grams, making her one of the lightest newborns in the world. Remarkably, she not only survived but also experienced extraordinary growth. By 1996, at the age of 13, she had reached a height of 175 centimeters and weighed 82 kilograms, transforming into a strong and healthy young woman. Doctors attribute Maria's rapid growth to the specialized premature infant diet she received right after birth.
Maria's mother, Gina, expressed her pride, saying, "My daughter is much taller and larger than her peers, and she appears more intelligent and active in social situations. I am very proud of her." Today, Maria has joined the city wrestling team in Budapest and has even defeated two older strongmen in informal competitions. Her mother reminisced, "I do not oppose my daughter growing this big; in fact, I love it. Every time I see her grow from such a tiny baby into a robust young woman, I feel overwhelmed with emotion."
Maria was born 128 days premature and weighed only the size of a doctor's palm. She spent 5 weeks in an incubator, without which she might not have survived. Upon discharge, her weight was only 2 kilograms. Doctors believe her survival and rapid growth were primarily due to the carefully designed premature infant diet, rich in proteins and fats, which helped her gain weight swiftly. Even after changing her diet later, her body continued to grow at an impressive rate.
Doctors believe that Maria's body cells adapted to ultra-fast growth, allowing her body to continue developing unconsciously. Although she now follows a regular diet, her metabolism remains elevated, continuing at this pace.
