In New York, a 42-year-old American named Alit Norman Fuhrman has become the King of Guinness World Records, achieving an astonishing 52 records over nearly 18 years of dedication. Not only is he one of the fastest runners, but he also manages to complete an entire marathon while juggling metal balls. His list of incredible records includes walking 112,256 meters while balancing a milk bottle on his head, performing 3,913 squat jumps in one hour, completing 2,551 squats in an hour, walking 195,000 meters while doing somersaults in 12 hours, running 16,000 meters in 1 hour, 15 minutes, and 33 seconds, and building a 3.5-meter high pyramid of 55 glass cups on his body.

These records were not achieved easily. During his practice of building the glass cup pyramid, he broke 400 cups and even faced complaints from neighbors. Once, he rode a bicycle backward for 85,072 meters, a feat that had to be completed within 10 hours. He succeeded with remarkable determination but suffered from dizziness and mobility issues for a long time afterward. He explains that all of this is about surpassing himself and breaking previous records. He believes it is a mental training that helps him understand the joys of life more deeply.

Facing the limits of his body, he has never given up. Even when feeling nauseous while doing somersaults, he perseveres. He states, "What I pursue is the constant breakthrough of self, pushing my body and spirit to unprecedented heights." In the end, he not only gained honor but also found inner peace and satisfaction.
