The Oregon Vortex, located near the town of Gold Hill in southern Oregon, is home to an ancient and dilapidated wooden cabin that has weathered the elements. Upon entering this old house, visitors often feel an overwhelming force pulling them in, almost as if they're being drawn downward. Attempts to escape are met with a mysterious force that seems to pull them back toward the center of the cabin.
The surroundings also exhibit bizarre phenomena; horses instinctively avoid the area, and birds flying overhead often drop suddenly. Smoke spirals upward at an increasing speed, while balls placed on the ground roll toward the center of the cabin. Even glass bottles set on tilted boards appear to roll against gravity.
What exactly causes this strange “vortex”? Where does this force originate? Scientists have conducted extensive research on this phenomenon, but a definitive answer remains elusive.
