Space Wanderers — Comets
At the end of the 20th century, astronomy enthusiasts around the world eagerly awaited the return of two comet stars, first with the appearance of Comet Hale-Bopp in 1996, followed by Comet Hale-Bopp in 1997!
What makes comets so captivating? Firstly, their unusual shapes: the comet's head contains a shining nucleus, trailing a long and luminous tail. Secondly, comets appear suddenly; some travel from the distant edges of the planets towards the sun, only to disappear again, like wanderers drifting through the solar system.
