In July 1974, while vacationing by the Yashalovka River in Russia, the Nazimov family heard whistling sounds coming from the jungle in the middle of the night, gradually getting closer. Suddenly, two humanoid figures, over two meters tall, appeared in front of their tent, walking steadily with slender heads. They approached silently and then left just as quietly, leaving behind endless speculation.

In August 1974, Sasha spotted a humanoid creature leaping out of the river along the banks of the Ural hills, standing over two meters tall and covered in gray fur. The creature climbed the cliffs along the riverbank and disappeared into the jungle.

In August 1987, Bekova encountered a fully furred humanoid creature in Tyumen Oblast, approximately two meters tall, with deep-set eyes and a protruding chest. That same year, the Mansi people discovered a "Yeti" nest, and Bekova claimed to have seen a two-meter tall humanoid.

In December 1990, in the Sosnino region, two soldiers at a border outpost were stunned to see a hairy giant. In December 1991, Babazanov encountered a two-and-a-half-meter tall monster in the barracks, attempting to pull it toward him.

In 1991, in the Megra River area, Professor Valenkin, while rowing, came across a young bear and a long-haired humanoid creature standing 2.5 meters tall, covered in brown fur, attacking a screaming mother bear.

Throughout the 1990s, there were reports of three identical "Yetis" encountered in Saratov Oblast, Russia, and a "Yeti" home was discovered in the Karelia "bottleneck" area, with similar encounter reports emerging from the United States and Canada.
