On an ordinary weekday afternoon in Richmond, California, the phone in the police station rang urgently. The on-duty officer answered and heard a young woman's voice speaking rapidly, "Please hurry to the railroad crossing on McDonald Street! Send another ambulance!" Her tone was tense, as if something urgent was happening.
"What’s going on? What happened?" the officer asked quickly.
"A fast train collided with a big truck, and a man is seriously injured!"
"What? A train and a truck collided? That's terrible! We’re on our way, please don’t leave!" The officer hung up and immediately contacted the hospital. In an instant, police cars and ambulances raced toward the railroad crossing.
However, upon arrival, they found everything normal; no accident had occurred. The officers were frustrated, believing it to be a prank. Just as they were fuming, a train whistle echoed from afar. Soon, a fast train sped toward them, and suddenly, a big truck appeared at the crossing, stalled and unable to start. With a loud crash, the fast train collided violently with the truck!
The truck was hurled several meters away by the impact. When bystanders pulled the driver, Randall B. Brice, from the cab, he was barely conscious, suffering severe injuries to his face, chest, and limbs. They hurried him to the hospital for emergency treatment.
What a coincidence! The events unfolding before their eyes were identical to what the young woman had described on the phone just moments earlier! Everyone present was astonished. Fortunately, due to timely medical intervention, Randall's life was saved.
The police department began searching for the young woman who had made the warning call. Despite their best efforts, they could find no leads. Some suspected it was a coincidence of a prank, but the alignment of prophecy and reality was truly baffling.
